24 HOUR GATED SECURITY
St James is a sprawling 6,000 acres so ease of access is important. There are four gates available to both residents and guests and a fifth one planned in The Reserve in the near future.
With four 24 Hour Gated Access Points your privacy and security are of the highest importance in St James. All gates are accessible by residents via electronic pass on your windshield 24 hours, 7 days a week.
The main gate is open 24 hours 7 days a week for guests to enter. See below for the guest hours of the 3 remaining gates. All guests gain passage by having a property owner call the main gate to grant you access or by touring the community with your real estate agent.
St James Marina & Marketplace
Located along the Intracoastal Waterway and within minutes to the Atlantic Ocean, a favorite spot for residents to enjoy indoor and outdoor dining from the Tommy Thompson's Grille and enjoy music at the Tiki Bar.

The Lakefront Amphitheater & Woodlands Loop
In the Woodlands Park area of St James, you'll find a serene lake where residents ride bikes or walk their four-legged furry friends around the loop. You can even drop a line in and catch a few as the lake is stocked with a variety of fish.
The Lakefront Amphitheater hosts concerts while the picnic pavilion is a great gathering place where the grassy lawn lends itself to a game of flag football or frisbee.
